AFL round 10 tips

This week we have the top 9 teams playing the bottom 9 teams oddly enough.

Consequently there is not too much value in most games.

The Saints v Tigers game is a coin flip really. Although St Kilda has won 14 of the last 15 games between these two teams, most of their recent encounters have been pretty close. Last year they drew, but Richmond were pretty stiff as they ran the saints off their legs. Its not a game I want to get involved with betting wise.

The other game of interest is the Sydney v bulldogs game. The bullies have played pretty good footy in the past 3 or so rounds, and Sydney have disappointed after smashing Hawthorn in Tassie. They looked very flat last week against St Kilda, whereas the Bullies still seem to have an upside.

Whilst I think the Bullies are pretty good value around $3.60 at the moment, I just want to sit out and watch them play again to get a better handle of their betting potential and see if Sydney are as good as they are being portrayed as.

The only bet I’ve placed so far is a multi with Hawthorn, Carlton and West Coast at odds of 2.20 at Luxbet
